According to the ranking, Singapore is the safest destination globally, scoring 0, which means the risks associated with health, crime, natural disasters, tourism safety, security, and infrastructure are the lowest. Moreover, Singapore is highly regarded for its digital security, allowing both residents and visitors to freely use the Internet without concerns about privacy violations, identity theft, or cyberattacks.

The research highlights its severe healthcare security risks, reflecting the low quality of healthcare services and infrastructure. The high crime rate has led the U.S. State Department to rank it as the least safe for tourism, advising its citizens against visiting.
Karachi, Pakistan, ranks second from the bottom. The U.S. State Department notes that the city is plagued by “terrorism and violence,” with extremist groups frequently targeting civilians, military personnel, and local police. U.S. citizens are advised to reconsider travel plans to this destination.
Yangon, Myanmar, ranks third on the list of the world’s most dangerous cities for tourists, followed by Lagos in Nigeria, Manila in the Philippines, and Dhaka in Bangladesh.
